Manager – Service, Delivery and Development Lisa has been a member of the Second Skin team since 1995. Her role includes development, service and delivery of Second Skin products. Lisa is the co-joint Principal Therapist at our clinics in Australia, United Kingdom and Ireland.
Cathy Harries
Clinical Services Director / Principal Therapist
Manager – Clinical Services, Client Support and Development Cathy has been a member of the Second Skin team since 1989. Her role includes clinical services, client support and development. Cathy is co-joint Principal Therapist at our clinics in Australia and New Zealand,
Sarah Keay
Production Manager
Sarah became a member of the Management Team in August 2022. She manages and oversees all the employees involved in the manufacturing process to produce garments and splints as well as overseeing and coordinating all incoming and outgoing orders, inventory and pricing. Sarah has been involved in the apparel industry for the last 18 years. Her previous positions were as Production Coordinator, Design and Development Manager, Inventory Manager and placing local and offshore production orders.
Sharon Cox
Operations and Project Manager
Sharon joined Second Skin in August 2022. She coordinates operations in administration, production and design. She is an experienced Change Manager with senior management experience and strong leadership skills and enjoys the challenges associated with organisational change.
Sally Seymore
Financial Controller
Sally joined Second Skin in January 2024 as the Financial Controller to oversee the financial management of the company. She has a wealth of experience across a variety of areas including medium and large companies, public and private auditing, helping business to grow and expand within Australia and overseas and leading strategy at both a Board and practical day to day level.
Debbie Oulton
Human Resources & Systems Manager
Debbie has been with Second Skin since 2014 and has held a variety of roles that have helped her gain a comprehensive understanding of the services and products of the company. As the HR and Systems Manager she will oversee all the human resource and information technology practices.
